    in my junior year of high school, my concentration focused on the combination of classic art styles and concepts with contemporary ideas. with an extra month and my eleven other pieces finished, i decided to work on a large scale oil painting, something i had never done before. sirens features five women in clothing designed by me, posing as the modern day sirens from greek mythology. beautiful yet deadly.
    sirens took me about a month to complete.
